Hear from George:
Joining TYCon as an organizer has been a transformative experience, offering opportunities to meet individuals from diverse backgrounds—including students, young professionals, and Tsinghua alumni. I also learned new skills as a leader while putting my existing skills to use when engaging with Tsinghua Alumni as well as designing and building the foundation of this organization with my peers. Throughout this journey, I have witnessed firsthand the compassion and support that are ingrained within the DNA of this community: seeing Gen2s connect and help out each other during the first city meetup that I organized has shown me the profound impact of our work, and I believe we are building a bright and promising future for everyone involved—both now and in the years to come.
George Li,
Organizer, TYCon Washington D.C.
